Ingredients:
• 1 1⁄4 oz Blacklisted Aged Plum
• 1⁄2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
• Dry Champagne or other high-acid sparkling wine, to top
Shake Blacklisted Aged Plum, lime juice, and honey syrup with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Top gently with Champagne and garnish with a mint sprig.
