In this 75–90 minute hands-on mixology experience, you’ll sip through four small-batch fruit brandies — Apricot, Pear, Quince, and Aged Plum — each one distilled from real fruit, with no shortcuts and zero additives. Every pour is paired with curated cheese and chocolate to highlight the flavor journey. You’ll explore tasting techniques, hear the stories behind each spirit, and end the night with a fresh-shaken Pear Martini you’ll actually want to recreate at home.
